Employment may be extended after the summer season, depending on the needs of the Forêt Ô Cascades and the availability of the employee.

A “receptionist” must offer quality service, provide a warm and courteous welcome and  relevant information for a memorable stay.

Job duties

  • Welcome visitors
  • Collect the entrance fee
  • Inform customers of the services and products of the ecotourism park and surrounding attractions
  • Answer phone calls
  • Respond to visitors questions and needs
  • Manage difficult situations such as complaints, inappropriate behavior and emergencies
  • Sell ​​convenience store items and prepare and serve hot and cold beverages
  • Participate to site surveillance 
  • Participate in the maintenance of the park: empty the garbage cans, sort the waste (collect cans and items to be recycled), clean the pavilion (including the bathrooms)
  • Perform minor maintenance work
  • Depending on skills and interest, the receptionist will support the coordinator in terms of communication/marketing: creation of content for our social networks, updating and modifications of the website

  • Valid first aid training certificate (asset)
  • Spoken French and English (required)

Schedule and availabilities

  • Weekends

  • Construction holiday weeks
  • 2 to 3 weekdays (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)


  • From $16 per hour, depending on experience
