Booking

  • Reservations can be made at any time through our online booking platform. For any questions or assistance regarding your reservation, you can contact us by email or phone, 7 days a week, from 8 AM to 6 PM.
  • Sites in Sector A are primarily reserved for groups of 8 or more people. They will only be assigned to smaller groups if there are last-minute availabilities.
  • When booking online, the displayed price corresponds to the base rate for 8 people. This amount serves as a deposit to reserve the site. Any additional person must pay their stay fee upon arrival at the gatehouse.
  • During peak season, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all sites. They will only be assigned for 1-day stays if there are last-minute availabilities.
  • No reservations for more than 7 consecutive days. However, it is possible to extend your stay under certain conditions by contacting the reception at the end of your stay.
 

Modification

  • All modifications must be made by phone or email.
  • Only one date change per reservation is allowed.
  • More than 8 days before the arrival date, date changes can be made free of charge.
  • Less than 7 days before the arrival date, no date changes are possible.

cancellation

  • 8 days or more before the stay date: 100% refundable
  • 7 days or less before your arrival date: no refund possible.
  • No refund will be granted for late arrivals or early departures due to reasons beyond the campsite’s control.
  • In case of a no-show, the site will remain reserved until noon on the day after the scheduled arrival. If no communication is received, the reservation will become invalid, and no refund will be issued.
  • The stay is non-refundable after arrival, including for reasons such as illness, accidents, death, eviction, open fire restrictions (SOPFEU), waiting times due to high traffic, pandemics, presence of forest animals, heavy rain, strong winds, power outages, flooding, or other reasons.
 

Additional Fees

In case of non-compliance with the rules, additional fees may be charged:

  • Cleaning fees
  • Fees for general rule violations
  • Fees for failure to respect quiet hours (11:00 PM)
  • Late departure fees

 

Rest assured, no charges will be applied without prior notice. We practice tolerance but ensure that everyone’s respect is maintained. Be responsible and respectful!
