Nordic Walking
Have you heard of Nordic walking?
It’s a complete physical activity that involves walking with specially designed poles. Inspired by cross-country skiing, it engages the entire body by strengthening the muscles in the legs, arms, back, and abs. Thanks to the use of the poles, Nordic walking increases the intensity of the effort while reducing the impact on the joints, offering a dynamic and accessible experience for everyone.
