Fall chore
When? Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 10 am to 7 pm (postponed to Sunday in case of bad weather)
Why? Forêt Ô Cascades is an eco-tourism company whose mission is to make the forest accessible to the community while protecting the ecological integrity of the site. We are proud to offer access to the park as a voluntary contribution to residents of the municipality of Rawdon as well as accessible rates to other visitors. That said, we are a private company, and we do not receive any financial contribution from the government or the municipality.
Maintaining the trail system and the park in general requires considerable human and financial resources. We are very grateful for the voluntary contributions of our fellow citizens, but did you know that you can also contribute to the project by involving yourself in time and physical energy during seasonal chores? By soliciting you, we hope to promote the meeting of nature lovers, contribute to strengthen the sense of community and belonging to the project, around an activity that will contribute to the enhancement of the forest. We also want to create opportunities to discuss the different projects we want to implement in the months and years to come.
