- Forêt Ô Cascades invites you to explore its 12 kilometers of hiking trails.
Seven varied routes, ranging from easy to advanced levels, wind through the Laurentian forest and offer a diversity of landscapes. - The red loop, nearly 5 km long, presents an advanced-level challenge.
- The width of the trails allows for the passage of all-terrain strollers equipped with inflated tires, such as “Chariot” models.
- Thanks to a collaboration with ARLPHL, we offer adapted equipment for loan, such as the Joëlette and the snow scooter, which help make our trails more accessible to everyone. For more information, visit the “Services and Rentals” section.
- Dogs are welcome under certain conditions:
- They must be kept on a leash at all times.
- You must pick up after them.
- They are not allowed in the pavilion.
Running
Perfect trails for cross-country trail running enthusiasts! With their varied elevations, dynamic turns, and natural surfaces, they offer an ideal terrain to push your limits while fully enjoying the beauty of the forest.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner, our trails, ranging from easy to advanced levels, will satisfy your craving for challenges!
River Access
During the summer season, enjoy several access points to the river via the red and pink trails.
Treat yourself to a refreshing break by adding a picnic by the water and a swim in the river to your hike.
Please note that the water bodies are not supervised. Swimming is at your own risk.
